T+6 Months Post Op Voice Sample

    Eric - just wanted to say that your audio files have been super helpful, and I'm glad that they've been here to reference. I did the unilateral SLAD-R 6 weeks ago tomorrow, fingers crossed! Thanks for creating this, hope the results have continued for your. - Lawrence

      Hi Lawrence, I see yours was over a year ago. Do you mind providing your opinion on how you're doing over a year later? Was it also with Dr. Burke?

    Hi Eric,
    I am interested in this procedure; however, I do not think my insurance will cover it. Would you mind to share how much the procedure cost? I’m from the Midwest and don’t want to start making phone calls if it isn’t even a possibility. Thank you!!

    Hi Candy - I believe it was about $33k back in 2016. $27k for the facility fee (if you do well and are discharged one day earlier it saves money). $3k-ish anesthesia fee and $3k for Dr Berkes fee. I hope this helps!!
